Our local Sydney moves start from $120 per hour for a two-mover crew and truck, with no hidden fees, callout charges or fuel levies. Most one-bedroom moves take 2–4 hours, two-bedroom moves 4–6 hours and three-bedroom homes 6–8 hours depending on access, stairs and the volume of belongings. For interstate removals we provide a fixed, all-inclusive price so you know exactly what you'll pay before moving day.

Are MultiMoversCo removalists fully insured?

Yes. We carry full public liability and goods-in-transit insurance on every job, so your belongings, the property you're leaving and the property you're moving into are all protected. We're happy to share our certificates of currency on request — strata buildings often ask for these before move day.

What happens if the weather is bad on moving day?

Our crews carry heavy-duty blankets, plastic wrap, floor runners and waterproof covers to keep your furniture and floors protected in any weather. If a severe storm makes the move genuinely unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule at the earliest available slot.

Do you provide storage facilities?

Yes, we offer short and long-term storage through our trusted Sydney storage partners. Whether you need a few days between settlements or several months while renovating, we can collect your belongings, store them securely and redeliver whenever you're ready.

Do you provide interstate removals?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We provide interstate removals to and from every state in Australia — including Sydney to Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart and Darwin. Interstate moves are quoted as a fixed, all-inclusive price and include loading, transport, unloading and basic furniture reassembly.

Do you assemble and disassemble furniture?

Yes. Our removalists routinely dismantle and reassemble beds, wardrobes, dining tables, desks, trampolines and flat-pack furniture as part of the move. Just let us know what needs to come apart when you book and we'll bring the right tools.

Question 8

What items can't you move?

Accepted Answer

For safety and legal reasons we can't transport hazardous goods such as petrol, gas bottles, paint thinners, fireworks or ammunition. We also recommend you personally carry jewellery, cash, passports and irreplaceable documents. Plants, pets and perishable food are best moved in your own vehicle.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead for local Sydney moves and 3–4 weeks for interstate removals, especially around end-of-month, public holidays and the December–January peak. That said, we often have short-notice availability — call us on 0432 447 153 and we'll do our best to fit you in.

Question 10

Do you supply boxes and packing materials?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can supply moving boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap and tape, and we also offer a full packing and unpacking service if you'd rather leave it to the professionals. Let us know when you request your quote and we'll include it in your fixed price.

Question 11

How do I pay for my move?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank transfer, credit card and EFTPOS. Payment is taken at the end of the job once you're happy with the work — there are no upfront deposits for standard local moves. Interstate moves may require a small holding deposit to secure your date.
